We Laser Art is a laser engraving company based on the Costa del Sol, Spain. We offer bespoke laser engraving services, including design consultations and engraving on various materials. While we showcase our services and projects online, we do not operate an online store.

• All projects are customised, and prices vary depending on the specifications, materials, and time required.

• Quotations provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of the request. Final pricing may be subject to change based on project complexity or additional requests.

• Any requests or enquiries made through our website or email do not constitute a binding contract until confirmed by us in writing.

4. Payment Terms

In compliance with Spanish and EU consumer protection legislation, the following payment terms apply:

• Payment for our services is due as agreed between We Laser Art and the client, typically via bank transfer or other accepted payment methods.

• Once an order has been confirmed, a deposit may be required before work begins. The deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• The balance must be paid upon project completion or as otherwise agreed in writing.

• Under Law 15/2010 of 5 July (Spain), if an invoice is not paid by the agreed due date, we reserve the right to charge late fees and interest as stipulated under Spanish law, which complies with the EU Late Payment Directive (2011/7/EU).

5. Project Approvals and Modifications

For custom engraving projects:

• We will provide digital mockups or samples, where applicable, for client approval before production begins.

• Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and could affect delivery timelines.

• We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery dates but are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as supplier issues, natural disasters, or shipping delays. We comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), allowing for transparency in contractual terms and conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and artwork displayed on the We Laser Art website or provided by us in connection with our services remain the intellectual property of We Laser Art unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For custom designs provided by clients:

• You warrant that you have the necessary rights to use any logos, designs, or artwork submitted to us for engraving.

• We Laser Art is not liable for any copyright or intellectual property infringement arising from the use of such designs.

• We comply with the EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (2019/790) and related Spanish legislation, which protect intellectual property rights in digital environments.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality services, We Laser Art is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

• Loss or damage to client-supplied materials, unless caused by our negligence.

In any case, our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question, in accordance with Spanish contract law and EU consumer protection laws.

8. Warranties

We Laser Art warrants that our services will be provided with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee that:

• The website will be available at all times or that any technical errors will be promptly corrected.

• Engraving outcomes on customer-supplied materials will always meet the desired expectations, as material properties can vary.

If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within [insert time frame, e.g., 14 days] of project delivery, and we will work with you to address the issue in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and relevant Spanish consumer protection laws.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Spanish consumer protection law (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, RD 1/2007):

• You have the right to cancel services within 14 days of placing an order, except where services have already commenced with your agreement.

• Cancellations made after a project has started may be subject to fees based on the work already completed.

• Deposits are non-refundable once design work or production has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We do not offer refunds on completed projects unless the final product is faulty or does not match the approved design specifications.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party websites. Accessing them is at your own risk, and we recommend reviewing their terms and conditions before proceeding.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Costa del Sol, Spain.
